1. Scope of Services

We Fly acts as both a travel service provider and a visa consultancy agency. Our services include travel bookings (airlines, hotels, cruises, tours) and advisory assistance for visa applications, immigration processes, and related documentation. All bookings and visa consultancy services are provided based on information supplied by the client, and We Fly acts solely as an intermediary between the client and service providers, including airlines, hotels, immigration authorities, and embassies.

2. Bookings, Deposits & Payments

All travel bookings require a deposit to secure reservations, with the remaining balance payable prior to the travel date. Pricing is subject to change until full payment is received and confirmed. Visa consultancy services must be paid in full before processing commences. All fees, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, are exclusive of ancillary expenses such as translation, courier charges, and medical examinations.

3. Cancellations, Refunds & Non-Refundable Services

Cancellation fees for travel services are determined by the airline, hotel, cruise line, or tour operator and may vary according to their specific policies. Certain bookings, including discounted fares, promotional packages, and specific visa processing fees, are strictly non-refundable once confirmed. Consultancy and visa processing fees remain non-refundable irrespective of visa approval or refusal.

4. Responsibility & Limitations of Liability

While We Fly exercises due care in selecting reputable service providers and delivering professional advice, we do not guarantee the success of visa applications or uninterrupted travel schedules. We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, re-routings, policy changes, or service alterations caused by third parties, including airlines, hotels, immigration authorities, or unforeseen external circumstances.

5. Travel Documents & Visa Approval

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that they possess valid passports, visas, permits, and any other documents required for their travel and stay. Visa issuance is entirely at the discretion of the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority, and We Fly bears no responsibility for any refusal, delay, or restriction imposed. All visa-related fees, including embassy and service charges, are non-refundable once processing has commenced.

6. Accuracy of Information & Client Obligations

The client must provide complete, truthful, and accurate personal, travel, and document details. We Fly shall not be held responsible for any processing delays, refusals, or travel disruptions arising from false, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the client.

7. Service Changes, Force Majeure & Operational Adjustments

All itineraries, schedules, and services, whether related to travel or visa processing, are subject to change without prior notice due to government policies, operational issues, weather conditions, or force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or political unrest. Any additional costs incurred as a result of such changes will be borne by the client.

8. Travel Insurance & Risk Acknowledgment

We Fly strongly recommends that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical expenses, lost luggage, and other unforeseen events. The client acknowledges that travel and immigration processes carry inherent risks, and We Fly is not liable for losses or damages arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Compliance with Laws & Regulations

Clients must comply with all applicable immigration laws, entry requirements, and local regulations of their destination country. Any legal penalties, deportation costs, or fines incurred due to non-compliance are the sole responsibility of the client.

10. Updates to Terms & Conditions

We Fly reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review this page periodically for any changes.

11. Acceptance of Terms & Jurisdiction

By engaging We Fly’s travel and visa consultancy services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction], and any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh.
